We are aware that purchasing an animal should not be an impulse buy, and we are always willing to put a lot of time and effort into making sure that you have everything you need, and are fully aware of the responsibilities that come with buying an animal. You can count on us to give up to date and species-specific guidance on daily care, husbandry, and appropriate products and diets for your new pet.

Before selling you an animal, we will need a few things from you, too...

As part of our animal sale policy, we require a photo of your enclosure to ensure that the animal will be going to a suitable home. Make sure to bring this with you, unless you're buying your cage, tank, or terrarium from us!

Please be aware that we will only sell an animal if your housing meets our species specific size requirements which can be found on our caresheets page.

We will also need to ensure that your equipment is suitable, such as any UV lighting, heating equipment, bedding materials, and pet food. We sell a large variety of pet products in each of our stores.
